The Compatibility Pack for Microsoft Office 2007 products is available for download and enables you to exchange documents between different releases of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
If you use an older version of Word to open the new Word 2007 format, a dialog box is presented that gives you the option of downloading the free Compatibility Pack.
